This community arts project housed in the crypt of St John's Church, opposite the London IMAX, is using the traditional medium of mosaic to transform the South Bank area into a more beautiful and colourful world. During the Open Studio weekend they will be opening their gallery space to exhibit art works from the citizens/volunteers who are given artisan skills training and then work on a variety of public realm projects. To date they have over 120 installations in the South Bank area including murals, signage, seating, sculptures, paving and fountain.
