Our display boards are exhibition quality each measuring 1 metre wide and 2 metres tall. These provide a smooth, matt white surface that allows work to be attached either with hooks nailed into the board or by wires hung from the top of the board. Each booth will be lit with one light, and the end boards will also have their own lighting.
Stands along the back wall will have lighting plus access to power points. These would be ideal for exhibitors showing 3D work, ceramics, jewellery and sculpture. Tables are available for exhibitors who take a whole booth at stands 30 to 41.
Stands in the centre of the room will have lighting, but no access to power points.
The general rules of the Lambeth Open event apply to this venue and organisers reserve the right to remove any work felt to be inappropriate. Exhibitors can share space, but must inform the organisers prior to the event and provide examples of work to be shown.
Set up will be from 2pm Friday 2nd October ready for the Private View 6pm to 8pm. Weekend opening times will be 11am to 6pm on Saturday 3rd October and 10am to 6pm on Sunday 4th October. All exhibitors must be present during these opening times. All work must be removed by 7pm on the Sunday.
