Buying art does not have to mean visiting a major gallery or spending a fortune. Lambeth Open provides an opportunity to buy directly from artists and makers, often from the very spaces where the work was created. Whether it is an original painting, a limited-edition print, a handmade ceramic, a piece of jewellery or a small work that simply makes you smile, your purchase directly supports the person who made it.
But support doesn’t have to mean buying. Come along. Have a conversation. Follow an artist whose work you like. Tell a friend. Share their work. Every visit helps demonstrate that local creativity matters.
